RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your order! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can work together to create a solution. In the case of returning your order, buyer is responsible for shipping costs and the items must be sent within 30 days of original delivery.
Custom orders are not eligible for return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be advised that custom orders, sale and clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Gift cards and perishable goods such as botanicals cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before receiving confirmation from our staff.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once your return is approved, received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, generally within 10-14 days, depending on your banking institution.
As labor and materials for custom orders are dedicated beginning at order placement, custom orders are non-refundable.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE & CLEARANE ITEMS
Only regular priced, non-custom items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES
As our pieces are made from natural materials, they are all one of a kind, so exact exchanges may not be possible. Regular price, non-custom items are eligible for an exchange inquiry within 90 days of purchase. Please send an email to hello@vitalelementjewelry.com with your order information and one of our staff will reach out to you to see how best to resolve the issue.
GIFTS
We understand it's hard to shop for others. To make your gift-buying experience better, we offer exchanges on non-custom gift orders purchased at regular price. The recipient can contact us for an exchange with proof of purchase within 90 days of purchase. We recommend saving your order number (ex: VE####) to make order tracking easy for gift recipients.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
